Do different soccer positions need different cleats?
Position can inform priorities, but it does not determine the correct boot. Surface compatibility, size and an individual try-on remain essential.
Think in role-specific trade-offs
A goalkeeper, center back, fullback, holding midfielder, winger and striker may value different combinations of lockdown, traction, touch, comfort and responsiveness. The finder makes those priorities visible instead of issuing a universal “best boot” ranking.
Evidence before a score
Position-specific weights only operate on documented exact-variant performance values. If evidence coverage is too low, a numeric match percentage is withheld. The current launch catalog contains no scored performance axes; it can still show verified surface, size, price snapshot and documented fit facts.
